"Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ripley has been extremely insightful and helpful from the beginning of the adoption process of our dog Rudy (currently one year old), from sending us animal adoption non-profit organizations, until now (almost one year later), teaching us how to be more efficient dog owners for our Rudy to be the most healthy and happy dog he can be. One of the most important things we learned with Ripley was that in order for Rudy to truly be healthy and happy, he needs to be trained.

We adopted Rudy as a very young puppy, since at one month old the non-profit organization found him. It is so interesting how you think you know how it will be to adopt a puppy but once the puppy is in your house, it is A LOT of work and Ripley was essential and really guided us and helped us through by sending us insightful information, explanations, and tips (voice messages, videos of herself with her dog, pictures, youtube videos, etc.) on how to efficiently train Rudy and, also, what equipment and toys would be the most effective considering Rudy`s size and personality.

 

Throughout the months with Rudy, and bits of training every day, we noticed that he was playful, confident, energetic, caring, smart, just all around the life of the party, but that he also struggled with impulse control and demand barking (i.e., to play with him) which were two things that Ripley helped us to identify in Rudy as things that he (and we) still needed to work on. Therefore, our training has shifted a bit to focus on these behaviors and I am sure that if something else comes up that needs our attention, we can count on Ripley`s help!

Having a dog is an everyday learning experience and having Ripley to help us has made us greater dog owners and we believe has made us be able to provide a better and happier life for our dog, Rudy. For that, we are forever thankful for Ripley`s work."
